Great theater

September 11, 2017

We come to this theater at least once a week and have never had any major issues. When we have had minor issues (sound volume, theater temperature, soda mixture off, etc) the staff has always cheerfully corrected the issue.

GREAT THEATRE

October 08, 2017

Very clean theatre as well as very clean bathrooms. Good food variety at concessions and they even offer child sizes for those who don't want large portions of popcorn and drinks. The staff is friendly and professional. Our family enjoys the great selections and choices of movies. It doesn't get an better than this!

Teenage Candy Nazi

June 16, 2019

Typically I like this theater. The seating is comfy, sound is usually good & they always offer multiple screenings of the popular new releases. The prices are ridiculous, but no more do than anywhere else. The concession stand offers a ton of choices including beer & wine. All reasons I like the theater. However, today I took my family of five to see a movie for Father’s Day. $50 to walk in the door. Then we go to the concession stand. Sweet girl takes our order, another $40-50 for stale tasteless popcorn, sodas, candy, pretzel, & nachos. Anyone can do the math knowing that all that stuff probably cost the Cobb less than $5, but hey, whatever. While in the theater, my daughter remembered she had a $1 bag of laffy taffy she had purchased for me earlier still in her purse. So as we are leaving I have the plastic popcorn bucket, several plastic cups, and two boxes of theater candy in my hand, along with my bag of laffy taffy contraband, when I begin looking for a recycle bin for these plastic items. I ask a young man if they have a bin. To which he replies, “I’m not sure about that, but I DO see candy that isn’t from here & that isn’t allowed.” Young man, when it is obvious that I have invested over $100 in your place of business to enjoy an hour and a half of entertainment with crappy food & I am trying to reduce the amt of plastic your establishment contributes to the landfill. That is NOT the time to publicly call out a paying customer. Sincerely hope this is a teaching moment on how to diplomatically approach a customer & if it is even a battle worth fighting.

Worst picture, no offer of refund.

August 04, 2017

Just watched Dark Tower with my husband and 4 boys, the picture was terrible, we couldn't make out 90% of the movie. Complained to general manager twice, told us that was just the way the movie was approved and is just a dark film. Went in another theatre of the same movie and the picture was much better, it had to be the showing we were in. There was no offer of a refund.

Terrible treatment for military personnel

March 16, 2024

My fellow military member was denied her military discount today even with a valid ID. The manager and the cashier were so unreasonable and rude, I actually raised my voice to defend the fact that their policy is discriminatory. The cashier had no problem allowing me to have a slight military discount with my ID. However, my friend showed her ID immediately after payment, but her request for a small refund was denied. Are we really asking for too much to be allowed a minor discount?
