Lionel Boyce gives behind-the-scenes details on 'The Bear' - Interview

Lionel Boyce, who plays Marcus on the Hulu/Disney+ series The Bear, reveals to Alexandra Heilbron what it’s like filming the chaotic scenes that take place in the restaurant. He also shares what it was like to train with a pastry chef in Copenhagen in preparation to play Marcus and how much of the baking he actually does himself. 

The second season of The Bear is now streaming on Hulu in the United States, and debuts on Disney+ in Canada on July 19.
