Bad experience

Try to call AMC can't do it tried to send email like it says to on the internet to file a complaint can't do it AMC has the worst customer service ever and now I can't even get this to go through with what I really want to say about it

AMC Grand 14 Mesa. On July 9th we arrived for a 1:10 movie Jack Reacher, theater #12. We saw two kids, male and female walk the halls talking with two brooms and two dust pans. They walked over popcorn. They entered #12 to supposedly clean before the movie. The billboard outside the movie hadn’t changed. They emerged saying we could go in. The trash was overflowing, popcorn all over the floor and my seat, which was also ripped. This is what happens when you have kids running businesses. I’ve tried to log in for feedback and was hung up on twice.

Great experiene

Sound level, comfort, and overall movie viewing were great. The only negatives were long lines at the concession and some glitches with retrieving online tickets..

Favorite Theatre

I used to work at a theater in CA, and have been to many theatres overall. This theatre is fantastic! Since I first started coming here (about once every 1-2 weeks for the past year), I've never had a bad experience. The service is always good, the food fresh, and the rewards program is well worth it. They did a renovation around a year ago where they installed huge reclining seats (a little too new, they haven't been broken in yet, so they're a little uncomfortable after an hour and a half of sitting), and a bar, which is surprisingly not as expensive as you might think. Depending on the beer, you'll pay $6-8, BUT they allow you to bring it into the theatre with you during your movie. I'm moving soon and will gladly drive the extra 20 minutes to come to this location.

Dirty! Theater was not cleaned!

Customer service was bad. Upon walking into or theater the trash was overflowing, popcorn was all over the ground and trash was left. I asked someone to come clean our theater (it was 10 minutes before our movie was to Show) and they did a crapy job. Too bad, very disappointed. Afterwards I went to the restroom and it was a disaster too.
