Jay (Bart Edwards) is enjoying a regular night in with his family when he suddenly wakes up in a basement with three other strangers. An anonymous voice says, "Welcome to Paradise," and soon the four prisoners are forced to relive a childhood game of truth or dare gone wrong. Jay, now in his childhood body, is held captive by a masked psychopath who uses pain to "take the evil out." One by one, the four prisoners are tortured. They make a plan to escape, but the masked man proves to be more dangerous and violent than they thought.
