Born: November 03, 1986

Born in Chandigarh, India, Supinder Wraich spent her early years before being raised in Toronto's Rexdale neighbourhood. She later lived in Brampton, where her parents operated a trucking school. After earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications, Supinder graduated from Sheridan College's Advanced Film & Television Program and was selected for a residency at the Canadian Film Centre in 2012.

Some of her early roles include playing Nisha Palam in two episodes of the series Border (2009-2010) and a doctor on Degrassi: The Next Generation in 2010, before landing a regular role on the series The 99 in 2012.  

Supinder went on to establish herself as a prominent Canadian actress, earning recognition for her leading roles in the digital series Guidestones, The 410, and the CBC police drama Allegiance. Her performance in Guidestones won her the Canadian Screen Award for Performance in a Program or Series Produced for Digital Media at the 3rd Canadian Screen Awards. In Allegiance (2024-2026), she stars as a Sikh rookie police officer working in Surrey, British Columbia.

Beyond her starring roles, Supinder has appeared in recurring roles on the television series Copper and Crawford. She also wrote and directed the short films Chinesey and Ruby's Tuesday, and appeared in the music video for Imran Khan's hit single "Pata Chalgea."
