Theo Von was born in Covington, Louisiana. His father was 67 at the time of his birth and passed away from cancer in 1996, when Theo was 16. He grew up in Covington with his older brother and two younger sisters, and was legally emancipated at age 14. At 19, Theo appeared on MTV’s Road Rules: Maximum Velocity Tour (2000).
