I could find NO WAY to contact them by phone about a hat I left in the theater. Nothing listed. their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

Bathroom Gross poor help with lots of employees

April 07, 2023

The movie presentation was good. Concessions was bad in that all the employees were very young and inexperienced at knowing how to help. No one described how to get your drink or whether butter for popcorn was available and or placed. I think they expected all patrons to live at the theater like they might and simply know everything about it. The staff were either too stuck up or too naïve to know what to do. The bathroom was worse than an outhouse. It was gross and the health department should look into the conditions.

Go here if you don't want to hear your movie and don't want help

September 27, 2022

There were 20 or so employees here when we arrived and very few patrons. Out of all of the employees, maybe four were working. The other 16 were standing around talking to each other. When we got into our movie the sound was horrible. The surround sound was cranked to a near painful level and the center speaker where the voices were coming from was so low you could barely hear it over the sound effects. During loud scenes you couldn't hear what the actors were saying. I went out during the previews and no one was at the customer service desk. After a minute the guy I believe to be the manager walked up. He immediately pushed it off on the previews and said he'd still send someone to check it out. When I got back I heard the sound reset and come back on, but there was no change. When the movie started the sound still sucked, so I decided to leave. I am an A-List member, so it's not like I can get a refund for my ticket, let alone the 45 minute drive to the theater, but rest assured I wanted a refund for my ridiculous $7 coke. On the way out there were three separate gaggles of employees huddled in the back of the theater talking. Up front there was no one at the customer service desk. I leaned against the desk waiting for service. Multiple employees saw me. Other employees walked by. Not one asked if I needed help, let alone went to let the appropriate persons know I was there. TWENTY employees standing around and not one trying to help. At this point I noticed the manager behind the concessions stand with 4-5 other employees who were more than sufficient for the few customers there. I go to the concessions to seek my refund and stand there. More customers walk up ... I stand there. No one gets addressed. After another 1-2 minutes I dropped my drink on the floor and walked out. If I'm paying 1.5 hours drive time and gas, and $7 for a drink I won't enjoy... you can accommodate me by at least cleaning it up, since you can't do your regular job f

More uplifting movies than anywhere else around

October 16, 2021

Something that is very important to me are the previews put with the movie- In Boulder they have horrible violent previews in front of even children's movies but also the only movies I go to are inspiring and uplifting and the violent previews have me walking out of the theater until they are over. I have spoken to them about this many times but nothing has changed. I have been seriously pleasantly surprised that not only does this theater have more inspiring movies but they match the previews to the movie. I live in Boulder but I travel here because of this.

Best theater selection in the area!

January 27, 2020

This AMC has all the proper upgrades. I live downtown Denver and drive the whole way to Westminster to see movies in Dolby and Prime. Worth it!

Horrible preztel bites

December 22, 2019

My 2 granddaughters grabbed the wrong bags of popcorn and we still got charged for them. The prtezel bites tasted like they had been burned and soaked in chemicals so I don't know if was the brand of pretzels or the way they were cooked but they sucked, and the grand total for all that was almost $60 bucks. That's rediculous and a complete waste of money
