My husband also Loves their popcorn gets his free 1 & mine then he'll buy one. Here is the only place I'll eat popcorn 🍿 it's that good.

We live closer to Yorktown theater but Marcus theater is the only one we'll go to. Even if I can't get in to see the movie that week. I'll wait until next week to see it at Marcus that's how much I like this theater.

Horrid Service. Money Wasted.

I went to get food at the concession stand and there were 3 girls working there. One was brand new, I can tell. And she was insanely slow at the register and didnt know what was or wasnt available for food they had. Then my friend asked for a cup of water and one of the girls rolled her eyes at him. What? And then it took 20 MINUTES to get me my pretzels. A large line formed behind me even though the theater was completely empty. The other two girls working there were completely worthless employees who barely helped the new girl at the register or even open a new register to help the line. Instead the one girl was preparing more popcorn when there was already a ton of popcorn already made. I literally missed a good chunk of the film waiting for pretzels! I havent been to a theater in a year!!! Been waiting to see this movie forever! Money and time wasted. All for ridiculously over priced Pepsi and pretzels. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN.

Ghetto theater now

This theater was nice for a very short time. If you visit this theater now, you will find ripped up seats (like literally ripped to shreds with a head cover trying to cover at least the head portion). The seats poking you all over due to being ripped up by vandals, I was told almost 3 years ago that they would be fixed but they're still ripped up. Add to that, the LIMIT that they put on their food. The pretzel bites used to be a tray full of pretzels. Now the trays aren't full and they count out a set number of pretzel bites, far from filling the tray, but they still charge a premium. I was told this is done for "inventory" control. Seems more likely that they're cheap and don't want to provide a value to the customers, especially since they still can't fix their seats. Do not take a date to this theater. It's VERY ghetto now. surprised there aren't fights, robberies and stabbings going on at this theater. Maybe there is and it isn't advertised. But really, this is now a hole in the wall ghetto theater. Management doesn't care to address or resolve issues either. "We are going to fix that" meaning 10 years later? And they don't care about the lack of value for the customers. You pay a premium for a bad and uncomfortable experience.

Bad management/bad costumer service

Manager was unprofessional could not help me resolve my problem Marcus theater app charged me twice a duplicate charge I spoke to the manager about the problem the manager said I am not able to help you the manager was trying to get rid of me like she was in a hurry instead of helping me ..her solution for me was call your bank we are not able to help you very unprofessional plus she was getting annoyed and I was able to see her facial expression‘s of being annoyed unprofessional very disappointed
