Journalist Borat (Sacha Baron Cohen) is asked to go to America on a secret mission. However, once there, he's recognized everywhere he goes, so he goes to a Halloween store for a disguise. He chooses a costume that will make him look fat, like an American. He has difficulty finding a place to stay because of the coronavirus, but he succeeds in annoying and/or shocking everyone, everywhere he goes.
