While monitoring a secret emergency line that rarely rings, vigilant FBI agent Peter Sutherland (Gabriel Basso) answers a call from a young woman named Rose (Luciane Buchanan) whose relatives were just killed and who is on the run from the murderer.

He guides her through the ordeal while sending the police to the call but soon discovers a deadly conspiracy involving a mole at the White House. With the help of his boss Diane Farr (Hong Chau), he keeps Rose safe while trying to uncover who's at the bottom of this.
