This movie is a direct sequel to the first "28 years later" of the new trilogy, thus you‘ll need to have seen that one to understand this one (not so much the two earlier movies in the series). It feels more conventional than the previous sequel and has two very different threads: One expands on Dr. Kelson and Samson and is quite beautiful to watch; the other are the Jimmy‘s, which doesn’t really seem to serve any purpose other than demonstrating the degradation of society after a catastrophic event. Somewhat disappointing, Alfie Williams had a very convincing performance as Spike in the previous sequel, but his character is quite subdued in this movie, so he doesn’t get much of a chance to show his talent but mostly has to play the intimidated and frightened kid. Great chemistry between him and Jimmy Ink, though. The dance scene towards the end - yes, Ralph Fiennes is gorgeous and it’s the highlight of the movie. As in the previous sequel, there is a 1-minute preview of the next movie, feels again rather out of place, but if you have seen the original "28 days later", it will give you a deja vu. Overall, despite a few of shortcomings compared to it’s predecessors, still a nice movie to watch.

Good entertainment; however, I wish the story was a bit better. The whole “jimmy” thing was quite annoying to be frank. If I compare with the original 28 days later, this one is a 5/10.

28 Years Later: The Bone Temple was a major disappointment. The plot was weak and poorly developed, leaving very little to stay invested in. Instead of building tension or delivering meaningful horror, the film relied on shock value, including an unnecessary scene parading a monster naked, which felt more distracting than effective. Overall, it wasn’t what I expected from the franchise and failed to live up to its potential. I wouldn’t recommend it.

If you liked the blood and guts scenes like in the last Evil Dead movie. You'll like this one.

The dance scene alone is worth 5 stars! The rest is a bonus...

I was surprised to like this movie. It's far better than the other ones, a little gory but what the heh - they are suppose to be. Go see it. Ben is one great actor . If U R squeamish - beware but other than that, it was great.

Fun, violent. First two are the best, but this is close. One word. Freckles. Enjoy!

One of the best dance sequences I’ve seen in a minute. Loved this film, legit a perfect 10 for me.
