Buddhist Blues
Set in 1993 in St. Louis, a young man, Lou, living outside the law confronts the consequences of estrangement from his family when he visits his cousin, the only contact he's made with his family in years, and invites his new girlfriend as well. The veneer of that family shatters before us in real time.
