In Alaska
Woody (Leo Matthew Temela), a severely depressed Inuit teenager has made several suicide attempts, but none of them have been successful. He finally decides to use a rifle and leaves home, leaving a note for his mother. He goes far out into the wilderness, takes off his boot, puts the rifle in his mouth, takes off one boot and puts his toe in the trigger. He can’t do it.
Frustrated, he begins shooting wildly all around and accidentally shoots a hole into a pipeline. Oil comes pouring out, covering him. He takes off on his ATV, but soon enough, the Fairbanks FBI is called to investigate. The FBI, led by FBI Agent Susan Tarheel (Noomi Rapace), believes it was done as an act of eco-terrorism and goes all out to find out who did it. Woody must use his wits to stay one step ahead of them.
